Co-op of the Day: 759 President Street
At first glance, the asking price of $875,000 for this 1,000-square-foot co-op at 759 President Street might seem aggressive. Sure it’s a nice two-bedroom pad with a fair open plan and (other than the island counter) a nicely renovated kitchen, but $875 a foot? No way. But that would omit the value of the 1,000-square-foot…

One bathroom is a drag. That fact and the high maintenance makes me think this is very over-priced.
Interesting looking building. I wonder how that shared outside landing came to be in the corner? It looks a bit dramatic and dangerous.
Yeah, they have Brooklyn Heights priced maint. fees on the building.
suppose it’s a matter of taste but i HATE curves in kitchens. so 80s/90s. but an easy fix.
the roof is pimp
I like the kithcen island. Sort of matches the vibe of the place. Maintenance is high for no services, but prop taxes being what they are not insane. Wonder if this is off abatement?
Yea, this building does indeed have high maintenance. Noticed it on many of the apartments. Given the massive roof deck, this one doesn’t seem as outrageous as some of the smaller units I’ve seen. Worth checking into the financials of the buildings though, obviously…
I love it. The $1,233 maintenance seems a bit high, however.
The link says Douglas Elliman, takes you to the Brownstoner Marketplace, yet the listing is with Fillmore.
That roof deck is freakin HUGE!
