Anyhow, the front is unattractive, but you can just come in from the rear. Need to lower that price in this flaccid market if you want to get a rise out of anyone.

This is a great location and a one of my favorite non brownstone buildings too.. I think it might fetch close to asking or a touch more considering the other more pricey 2 bedrooms in the area on clinton street. I love that giant crown molding on top of the building!
