This one-bedroom co-op at 60 Remsen Street in Brooklyn Heights was on the market this summer for $399,000 but failed to get a deal done. At 400 square feet, it’s certainly not a large apartment, but it appears to have been renovated with built-ins that only a ship captain could appreciate it. Given the great location and condition of the unit, we suspect it’ll get some traction at its new price of $369,000. Plus it’s now in the Brownstoner Marketplace, so it’s bound to get more visibility 😉

  1. Over $900/sf and a monthly maintenance of over $2/sf?

This building must be a roach motel for idiots.

Ringo – The floorplan is on the broker’s site. Click the link on the right side of the markeplace listing.

  2. Man, BoerumHill, I really wish you would scale it back .. . .

This place photographs beautifully and I agree with Dave that it’s a great use of space. But it’s still tiny. That kitchen . .. . that’s a problem.
