Thanks for the link. Looks like a nice place. I agree with DeLepp that the sofa looks like it’s from R&B. That’s where I got mine, and I love it.
The coop is comprised of two buildings: 15 & 21 butler place. Within the past 2 years one bedrooms went for $419k here – so the pricing on this appears reasonable – although I am more familiar with living in 21 butler than 15.
