Co-op of the Day: 59 Pineapple Street, #3I
This one-bedroom apartment in the prewar apartment building at 59 Pineapple Street looks like a nice way to get into the Brooklyn Heights market. It’s not gigantic, but it’s a perfectly nice size for one person and in good shape too. On top of that, the monthly maintenance is only $688. The asking price? $435,000….

And it’s right around the corner from Fortune House!
I think it is great. (I wonder what is behind the curtain in the living room though, brick?). It is a beautiful street, equidistant from 2/3 and A. Decent price, ok, so try to get 20-30,000 off the price, but that is nice.
the kitchen is visible in the corner of the living room shot – there are no dedicated pictures most likely because it is a pullman kitchen and difficult to photograph on its own.
Seems OK from what we are shown; no kitchen pics (uh oh), bdrm has no closets but is decent sized so enough space for armoire or high boy. A lot of BH bldgs have odd financials so it is refreshing to see reasonable maint/cc.
