I went back to look, I am really not getting the hate for the kitchen. What about it is so terrible? The paneled doors on the cabinets? The white appliances?
Sans vent? Sufficient size prep areas, though.

Bigish place, eh? Not sure what diPRIbs is smoking for lunch, but it’s 25×46 (1150 sq ft) less the stairwell, so prolly just under 1K. Which seems wacky…$psf wise.
Real nice pad for a childless couple.
And my wife and I will be bidding on this place.
It is a nice place.
