Right now it looks a little rough around the edges, but it’s got decent bones and absolutely killer views. We’re not up on our recent comps in the Clinton Hill Co-ops but we bet some reader will be able to opine on how the $339,000 asking price stacks up.

I moved in last summer and the Clinton Hill Coops are so convenient. If you don’t want to take the G, you have your choice of both the B54 or B38, which takes you to Jay St, DeKalb Ave, or Borough Hall, to catch any number of trains. It’s a much more pleasant ride than being underground.
The unit is on a top floor and the view is simply amazing. I can see the Verrazanno from my living room and the Chrysler building from my bedroom. And while I concede that the outside isn’t much to look at, I can say that the inside is a heck of a lot larger than what you see. The listing has the wrong square footage listed, as it is 870 rather than 780, (just checked my appraisal). And the amount of sunlight you get throughout the day is awesome.
I live in the Clinton Hill Coops. This place looks like a middle unit, actually, with views east and north. For what it’s worth, I’ve lived there for 10 years and I think it’s a great place to be — the apartments are pretty spacious and well laid out, and the neighbors are friendly.
I live on the Myrtle side, and I prefer being closer to the park to take my dog for a morning walk.
TD, quit now. you can’t get thru or win the debate
well for one those interiors dont scream “quality living” and neither does the neighborhood really. functional yes, “relatively” safe yes, but far from quality (especially for what it’s commanding in price)

What’s funny about it?
ya the outside is utilitarian fugly but you only see it when you come and go. while at home you have an amazing view of all the sweet mansions.
quote:
“quality living environment”
okay, now THAT was funny

It’s not a problem for those people who care more about a quality living environment than what other people think.
the only problem with living in these kinds of buildings is that everyone thinks you live in the projects!!!
