Co-op of the Day: 160 Henry Street, #1B
While this ground-floor co-op at 160 Henry Street is a far cry (both in terms of price and vertical feet) from its more famous upstairs neighbor, it’s still an attractive apartment in a great Brooklyn Heights location. I don’t know who it is anyway.
Say, what’s the name for the muscle that makes your balls drop?
Peter Tork?
Is it the Vlasic Stork?
I think having an ensuite bedroom here would ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ
11217 & CG_ups, call each other some more names!!! Woo-hoo!
“does their name rhyme with *HORK* ??”
It’s Mickey Rourke?
Nor would you care, Dave. Truly. This has been blown entirely out of proportion and I thought it was over till CG ups got her panties in a bunch and started attacking me for being an attention whore for attempting to protect someone’s privacy. Silly me.
Anyway…we should get back on topic. This is one of the nicer 1 bedrooms listed here lately, and I do apologize for being overly sensitive to the “famous neighbor” issue. No one cares, I get it.
50% down hurts it, but otherwise I could like it. Perfect for downsizers, as broker says. This board is not for the faint of heart (or wallet).
DH, yup and their significant other lol.
“and the other one can defend themself pretty well!”.

Etson, that was pretty funny.
I can see making this into a 2 bedroom with a kitchen/living room combo. Just would need to break one wall and move the kitchen. Will be a bit of a price tag associated with that move but will make a more decent apartment IMO.
