While this ground-floor co-op at 160 Henry Street is a far cry (both in terms of price and vertical feet) from its more famous upstairs neighbor, it’s still an attractive apartment in a great Brooklyn Heights location. It’s also a decent-sized one-bedroom with a reasonable maintenance, given that this is one of the premier doorman buildings in The Heights. What do you make of the $509,000 asking price.

  1. Nor would you care, Dave. Truly. This has been blown entirely out of proportion and I thought it was over till CG ups got her panties in a bunch and started attacking me for being an attention whore for attempting to protect someone’s privacy. Silly me.

Anyway…we should get back on topic. This is one of the nicer 1 bedrooms listed here lately, and I do apologize for being overly sensitive to the “famous neighbor” issue. No one cares, I get it.

  2. “and the other one can defend themself pretty well!”.

    Etson, that was pretty funny.

I can see making this into a 2 bedroom with a kitchen/living room combo. Just would need to break one wall and move the kitchen. Will be a bit of a price tag associated with that move but will make a more decent apartment IMO.
