The 920-square-foot two-bedroom (plus office) is asking $360,000 with a $799 monthly maintenance. Waddya think?

MM, it’s the life you have to live if you are the son/daughter of an architect!
Does anyone else envy people like this for being able to live such a neat, uncluttered life? I know this is staged, but still. How they train their kids to be so tidy is one of life’s great mysteries.
Looks very nice & price seems not too far off. I guessed $325k.
Any comments on the immediate neighborhood? Kens?

I saw this listing and thought it was beautifully done – both the apartment and the FSBO. Too small for us, and I don’t know the neighborhood at all, so I can’t comment on the price. But nice job!

It’s a nice renovation, but it still needs to come down by at least $25k, more like $50k really.
I think the apt is really nice, the website is excellently done and I think many of the reno choices were smart
The maintenance is high though for an apt that you would probably be able to get for $325K
