  1. Does anyone else envy people like this for being able to live such a neat, uncluttered life? I know this is staged, but still. How they train their kids to be so tidy is one of life’s great mysteries.

  2. I saw this listing and thought it was beautifully done – both the apartment and the FSBO. Too small for us, and I don’t know the neighborhood at all, so I can’t comment on the price. But nice job!

  3. I think the apt is really nice, the website is excellently done and I think many of the reno choices were smart
    The maintenance is high though for an apt that you would probably be able to get for $325K
