The classic seven apartment has a nice open common area and a total of 13 windows; its monthly maintenance is also a reasonable $1,633 considering you’re getting 1,826 square feet of space in a full-service doorman building. We’re not loving the look of the kitchen, but it does appear to have been renovated recently.
