We haven’t written about our old friend the Green House condos in a while, so this new listing at the residential tower on the edge of the Fort Greene Historic District caught our eye. It’s definitely one of the nicer units in the building, with eighth-floor views over neighboring townhouses, floor-to-ceiling windows in the corner living room and three bedrooms for that growing family. (Actually the floorplan looks ripe for eliminating that third bedroom in favor of a huge living room but we digress…) The asking price for the 1,220-square-foot pad is $1,150,000. That’s the world we now live in.
