There’s lots to love about this 1,430-square-foot condo at One Brooklyn Bridge Park. The eighth-floor pad has two large bedrooms, a big kitchen and living area and harbor views. The asking price of $2,110,000 feels steep (that’s almost $1,500 a square foot) but the private rooftop cabana does take some of the sting out of that number. It’s amazing what prices in the building have done over the past couple of years!

  1. Even with the cabana, the price is completely delusional. Streeteasy has this to say about the building: 9 active sales listings $1,095 per ft² (avg). 29 recorded sales: $948 per ft² (avg in the last 180 days). I’d be surprised if this cracks $1.7m.

  2. It still has all the contractor finishes- totally bland. I wonder if someone was using it as a rental income? I think it has a lot going for it, in terms of size and location. I think if you put it below the $2m mark, a bidding war might push it to it’s intended price. Also for that price I would expect some higher end staging.
