It’s not as big or expensive as the Clocktower residence directly above it, but this apartment at 1 Main Street in Dumbo is no slouch. Taking up an entire floor of the tower, the condo has three bedrooms, three bathrooms and four exposures that provide panoramic views of both bridges, the Manhattan skyline and much of Downtown Brooklyn. No square footage is provided, but based on this floorplan we’re guessing the place clocks in at between 3,000 and 3,500 square feet. Pretty darn prime. Of course, so’s the price: $8,200,000.
