This one is high enough to have great light and views–and even has its own roofdeck, to boot. The high ceilings and industrial columns are also a nice touch. The common charges are $1,402, which is about right for a 1,570-square-foot pad. The asking price is $849,000. Think they’ll get it?
505 Court Street, #7N [Awaye Realty] GMAP P*Shark
I don’t care what you people say about double & triple glazed windows, this building get mad noise and soot from F train / BQE el’s. Nexttttt!
What were the structural issues with this building?
Not sure when the deal got signed, but this kind of pricing history is typical for 505 Court St. The structural issues always make it a tough sale, and the discounted prices (less then $600 psf) reflect you are buying a turd.

IN CONTRACT
Hey, JB – are you too fucking busy cashing checks to bother seeing if the listing is still active on the broker’s web site?
You guys just did a COTD here in July.
I think this building is crap, and I think Awaye is crap. So, nope, I dont think they’ll get this price
“Granite counter”
Notice the singular as opposed to plural–that kitchen is all kinds of pathetic. I had a better kitchen in my law school dorm.
The old kitchen means it was not renovated when the building went condo. The renovated units have much nicer kitchens.
I like the christmas lights wrapped around the column.

That kitchen looks like it belongs in a studio apartment in a tenement.
…
Meh. If the toaster oven conveys, what more do you need/expect for $849k?
