The Shoe Factory Lofts at 242 Greene Avenue in Clinton Hill hit the market back in 2006 and took a while to sell, especially considering the heady days in which they debuted. This particular two-bedroom unit sold in the initial offering for $672,045 and was just put back on the market with an asking price of $725,000. The listing says it’s 1,231 square feet and the common charges are quite low at $278 per month. What do you think this’ll go for? (Update: this listing was pulled from Corcoran, as of yesterday!)

Saw an apartment I loved on this street last weekend but wasn’t sure about the area. Anyone have insight on this area?
Who hung the curtains????
obviously they need a lesson in curtain hanging 101
you can buy your pot from the dealers that live in section 8 housing next door.
past classon is fringe but even that isnt iffy. this location is ok
Oh, please. $725k?? Time to start looking in Manhattan.
The place looks lovely, but isn’t that a rather iffy part of Clinton Hill?
the finishes were “ok” but the ceiling heights were decent. think the early units sold close to ask but unsure if the bigger & expensive units did cause they sat around longer
Amzi, wrong thread bro. go get yourself a cup of coffee
Lovely house and yes amazing woodwork… I think it will sell in no time… I like how Corcoran calls this place Prospect Heights…
