I love DoucheBO but all the windows have custom CityQuiet soundproofed windows–which means you’ll never be able to open them or if you could, you wouldnt want to–Manhattan Bridge noise is relentless!
Based on the floorplan, there is no way this place is anywhere near 1679sf. It’s maybe 1200. Thus the price moves even further into the crack-smokin’ zone.
I actually agree with Rob today.
I think the place looks terrific. If I didn’t live in PS, I’d live in Dumbo. Love that hood and don’t care about views.
i like how it’s decorated and the wall colors tho 🙂 it’s not often condos of the day show condos that were actually decorated with taste.

didn’t bother to do math but flrplan does feel like it’s 1679 sq ft. any guess on when that tax abatement might be over? comparing the window pic vs. that pic of bldg exterior, this doesn’t appear to be on the 2nd flr but rather 1st flr
No dice. If you actually need that second bedroom, you are looking at constantly having a child or who ever else uses that room traipsing through the master to bathe everyday. For me, that alone makes the price prozac-level crazy.
What’s not crazy about that price tag? For a DUMBO apartment? Not dissing DUMBO but you could get a whole brownstone for that.
