Lit by windows on three sides, this Park Slope Edwardian apartment has a spacious layout and pristine woodwork. It’s on the third floor of 163 Prospect Park West, a pale gray brick Beaux-Arts apartment building with a heavy cornice and Neo-Classical flourishes facing Prospect Park.

The four-story walkup debuted as a rental in 1903. It turned condo in 1999 and now comprises 26 units in three buildings. This particular apartment has seven rooms, including three bedrooms, a dining room, and a den.
