This three-bedroom co-op at 299 Henry Street in Brooklyn Heights just hit the market with an asking price of $950,000. Our favorite aspect of the floor-through apartment is the trio of original casement windows at the rear. Otherwise, the unit is in good shape but lacking in the kind of original charm we’d want to see if we were buying a brownstone apartment. The common roofdeck is a nice bonus though.
