For the most part, this floor-through co-op at 24 Montgomery Place in Park Slope is the perfect picture of original charm and detail: lovely original parquet floors, wood moldings and built-ins, mantels, stained glass. The list goes on. The only bummer is the kitchen which, though not skimped on, feels incongruous with the rest of the two-bedroom place. Still, the pluses way outnumber the minuses, especially if you are looking for some outdoor space. This is a very impressive pad. Asking price: $875,000. We think it’ll go fast.
