  1. As a dedicated two bedroom this is a poor layout. Not super practical having the baby room on the other side of the living room separated only by glass doors. I’m assuming those french doors will be curtained by most people – so it won’t feel nearly as bright. Nice big apartment if it the owners can use it as a one bed with office/guest room.

  2. That is a seriously ambitious price for a sub-divided 1 bedroom in Ditmas Park.

    But then again, it’s supported, because this is 6G, and 3G (configured similarly) sold a month ago for $494,000. Don’t get me wrong, that’s a lot of square footage, but half a mil+ seems like a lot for an un-windowed living room in Ditmas Park.
