This two-bedroom at 135 Prospect Park West recently hit the market with an asking price of $775,000. Given the location, high floor and overall condition, this prewar pad should attract some interest. The only drawback we can see is that the living room feels a little on the small side to us. What do you make of it?

  1. epr is correct, it is a second floor unit.

it doesn’t face the park, but does have a nice view of backyard gardens. the second bedroom is tiny but the place is decent overall. it should sell quick.
