Co-op of the Day: 118 8th Avenue #9B

This duplex at 118 8th Avenue is an unusual configuration to find in a prewar building but it looks like it works nicely, with the two large bedrooms on a separate floor from the eat-in kitchen and living/dining area. Both floors benefit from having lots of windows and two exposures and the place is in move-in condition. The asking price for the 1,400-square-foot Park Slope pad is $945,000, which sounds reasonable to us. At $1,925 a month, the maintenance is a little high, though. What do you make of it?
