As a home owner at the Simone, I was very disappointed to see that one of my neighbors would post such a sign. New construction is bound to have some kinks. Rocco Basile and his company have thus far come to the table and are working with owners and the condo board to resolve any outstanding issues. This particular owner speaks for herself, not the owners of the building. She may be disgruntled but it is NOT a crappy building. I think I smell a condo board lawsuit against the sponsor (Basile) in the works.
Would not have been the first time I have heard of post-Basile heartache.

This is very surprising to me. I also know them to be reputable and honest. When we had an issue, we brought it to there attention and they corrected it swiftly with no questions asked.
