114 units in the building.
41 in contract.
Not exactly a colossal success, either.
Where are all of the people who claimed that this would be a colossal failure? Funny how those types disappear when faced with a reality that contradicts their pessimism.
“…or the bargain one-bedroom for $840,000”
Ha
Mr. T is running through my head, growling “I pity the fool…”
I wonder if you walked into the sales office with $5,500,000 in cash whether they’d be willing to come down on that penthouse? Methinks yes!
since when does interesting have to be positive?
A_Guest, why is that link at all interesting? Sad and morbid, maybe, but definitely not interesting.
I also am surprised. I doubt the developer will give accurate information on whether they are covering mansion tax, closing fees, lawyers fees, etc, making additional improvements or giving other incentives to get deals done at “asking price.”
this is actually impressive that they’ve gotten this done with no price cuts. have to admit i am surprised.
get em while you can and not exactly flying off the shelves.
real estate is confusing sometimes.
