The conversion at 487 Keap Street in Williamsburg, now known as The Foundry, started leasing its 51 units in April. Four units were on the market Monday, but are no longer available. This is one of many sites in Williamsburg that recently picked up and finished after years of not much progress. The building is close to Kellogg’s Diner at the Lorimer L stop. It received its certificate of occupancy in May. So far, 14 units have been on the market, according to Streeteasy. Chetrit Group is the developer. Anyone checked it out?
