    t’s a pretty nice block, but I don’t know much about the co-op market in my neighborhood (or, in general). The BEST intro to the area would be to go on the house tour, this Sunday, but, BE WARNED–I went on the 1974 PLG HT and am still here [NO, I wasn’t kidnapped–just fell in love with the neighborhood:-)].
