  2. Studios never went for $285k in Bay Ridge, so not sure what that prior sale was about. Also, current sale says “no board approval required” which indicates that it was probably being sold by the sponsor, which also doesn’t make sense with the prior sale. Bizarre.

  3. t’s about as much of a Cape Cod as my brownstone. People up on Cape Cod would cringe at the sight of that.
