  1. well of course i spend less than i earn duh. well that’s not true, i spend exactly what i earn unfortunately. i dont have credit cards. im 32 years old with a steady income and they constantly reject me lol

    *rob*

  2. “vicious cycle of near poverty BLOWZ!”

Perhaps this advice will do you more good than it did my sister (who decided it was some kind of an insult):

    Spend less than you earn.

  3. We’re all stupid at some points in our life, ‘farm. For some, it happens to be for eating up the greenshoot sheepfeed served up by the media.

And, no, multiple lower prices and dropping (the REAL trend) and yes, a high price (ONE seldom lousy high price), proves we’re in “deep S@!t”.

  4. Greenshoot load blows in Southie and Crownie. Don’t care much for Sunny and Billie.

$0.750M for a 1-fam with the curb appeal of a commercial tenant (hmmm…why photo cut off?) and to rub shoulders with the men’s shelter influx. Great deal! For the sellers.

$0.920M for another 1-fam, an easily replicated “woodframe” WITH SIDING and only two stories above ground, just so they can say “I live in Park Slope!”.

Oh they’re still out there, sellers. But born every five minutes now. So you still have time to get through the bottleneck at the exit.

  5. Wine lover, I’ve been to Greenpoint many times – in fact, I used to live there. So let me ask you again – is there anything in Williamsburg (or Greenpoint, or Bushwick) you don’t like?
