When this 3-bedroom, one-family was an Open House Pick in February it was listed for $1.1 million. The house, which had been renovated by its sellers, last went for $755,000 in 2004. Entered into contract on 4/6/09; closed on 6/15/09; deed recorded on 6/30/09.

  1. The SSlope condo was a great deal. Excellent Street. Very nice building. Wonder what the other units sold for?

    The sponsor/developer of 363 owned the original wood frame house on the site prior to the construction of the new Dimora Condos next door at 361 16th. They are by the same builder and look identical.

  2. Oh wow, South Slope condo is same price as a one bedroom in Jackson Heights in 2007. Though probably half the size. Still, I know a lot of people in Queens who would prefer to live in Brooklyn but couldn’t afford it a couple years ago.

  3. I guess, by the comments of the previous open house bit, the WT house is pretty nice. It looks very small and plain. I’m not going to bother looking up the zoning, but my first impression is it was priced as a knock down, especially considering the moderately sized apartment building next door.
