This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Park Slope, Brooklyn Heights, Prospect Lefferts Gardens, and Sunset Park. How did they fare?
First up, this Park Slope limestone is awash in fine details on the parlor level and then opens up to a surprise at the rear where a curving modern stair leads down to a new kitchen. This former House of the Day is still available with a new broker and a new ask of $8.995 million, which is a price cut of $1.005 million.
In the Brooklyn Heights Historic District, a two-family Italianate has been renovated and is set up with a triplex above a garden rental. This former Open House Pick is still available.
Designed by architect Benjamin Driesler, this single-family in the Prospect Lefferts Historic District has been updated and opened up on the main level. This former Open House Pick sold in January for $2.03 million, which was $65,000 under the asking price.
Finally, in Sunset Park, this one-bedroom co-op apartment requires a walk to the fourth floor, but it has wood floors, four closets, and moderate maintenance. This former Co-op of the Day sold in February for the asking price of $399,000.
