This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Crown Heights, Prospect Lefferts Gardens, Williamsburg, and Bed Stuy. How did they fare?
First up, a limestone in Crown Heights offers some period details as well as the opportunity for a new owner to make some style upgrades. This former House of the Day was taken off the market in December.
In the Prospect Lefferts Gardens Historic District, this circa 1910 standalone has a garage. This former Open House Pick sold in January for $2.375 million, which was $75,000 under the asking price.
Near McCarren Park, a two-bedroom, two-bath condo has high ceilings, sleek lines, and exposed beams. This former Condo of the Day sold in December for $1.52 million, which was $75,000 under the asking price.
Finally, in Bed Stuy, this two-family is on a corner lot and has some interior details like wood floors and mantels. This former Open House Pick entered contract in February.
