All sold for under ask. Interestingly, for those who’ve been following the Bushwick market, the Bushwick properties were priced, and fetched, close to their asking prices of just over and under a million.
Asking prices in the area, close to the Bed Stuy border, have been shooting up rapidly and — apparently — buyers are biting. Both represented by Corcoran, both properties got exactly $25,000 under ask.
The large Prospect Park South home sold for $160,000 under its ask of $2,100,000. The two-story Old Mill Basin property didn’t even break $500,000. Perhaps that’s explained by its location in one of Brooklyn’s least accessible neighborhoods?

Brooklyn booms!
Rugby shocks me. Thats pricey for that neighborhood. I remember all the negative comments attacking the broker and the price. Im shocked. Brooklyn prime is spreading far and wide.
Also Mill basin house sold for close to full ask. Everyone attacked Brownstoner for even for even mentioning a house in that neighborhood. Eat it!
