No single-families among this week’s picks — two come with multiple rental units, while the other two have a single one each. They’re include a Park Slope limestone, a pair of Bed Stuy brownstones and an aluminum-sided job in Bushwick.

At 435 Classon Avenue in Bed Stuy (right on the Clinton Hill border) we’ve got a newly renovated four-story — in fact it’s so newly renovated that the work is still in progress. You’ll find a four-bedroom owner’s triplex sitting over a garden rental, a “1 bed/1 bath unit that with easy rent ability,” per the listing.

Our Park Slope pick, at 564 9th Street near Prospect Park, is no flip job — it’s been in the same family for 60 years. They seem to have taken good care of it, but as you might imagine, some upgrading is called for. The layout here is a a three-bedroom duplex with a top-floor one-bedroom rental.

At 686 Putnam Avenue in Bed Stuy we’ve got a four-story brownstone that comes “fully tenanted,” suitable for an investor or a “future owner-occupant” according to the listing. What’s shown in the pictures looks quite nice for a rental building. It’s got a two-bedroom duplex on the bottom with a pair of one-bedroom rentals above.

Last stop is 1108 Madison Avenue in Bushwick, where we find a three-story with a unit on each floor. This one also comes complete with tenants, though they’re on month-to-month leases, which sounds more promising for an aspiring owner-occupant. Like the one above, it’s nicer than you might expect for a rental building with an unassuming exterior (judging by what’s pictured at least), with hardwood floors and some original details.
