On Ashland Place in Fort Greene we’ve got a four-story brownstone that’s a generous 22 feet wide, with an extra-grand, richly detailed parlor floor. It’s set up as a one-family, with five bedrooms and a study spread over the top two floors.

Not far away on Clermont Avenue, we present a three-story frame house with a front porch and a front garden, being shown for the first time. This one is a two-family, with a rental on the garden level and a four-bedroom duplex above, which has undergone a “partial renovation.”
