Our picks for open houses to check out this weekend are found in Midwood Park, Bay Ridge and Bed Stuy. They range in price from $1.295 million to $1.95 million.

In the Midwood Park section of the Fiske Terrrace-Midwood Park Historic District, this circa 1904 Colonial Revival was designed by the prolific Benjamin Driesler. The single-familly standalone has had some alterations on the parlor level, but there are still some period details including an inglenook, mantels and wood floors with inlaid borders. A carpeted stair leads up to two floors of bedroom space with five bedrooms and two full baths. There is a private driveway and a two-car garage.

This circa 1913 brick single-family row house in Bay Ridge has been in the same family hands for decades and sports some original details along with some Deco-era arched openings. In addition to wood floors and an original stair there are stained glass windows and a dining room with a coffered ceiling and a plate shelf. It looks like wallpaper replaced the original wainscoting that would have been in that room and there is a fair amount of wallpaper and carpeting throughout the house. The narrow kitchen could use a layout rethink. Upstairs are four bedrooms and a full bath.

In the Bedford Historic District, this 1880s Neo-Grec is set up as a triplex with a top floor rental. There are only a handful of photos, but they show moldings, a pier mirror, mantel and wainscoting. The triplex has a kitchen on the garden level, but it isn’t pictured nor are either one of the two full bathrooms, so presumably some upgrades might be in order. The property hasn’t changed hands since at least the 1960s, and the listing notes that it will be delivered vacant.
