Our picks for open houses to check out this snowy weekend are found in Bed Stuy and Kensington. They range in price from $1.4 million to $2.25 million.

In the Stuyvesant Heights Historic District, a 1892 Romanesque Revival row house designed by noted 19th century architect Magnus Dahlander is dripping with details inside and out, appears to be in move-in condition, and seems competitively priced. It’s a three-family with two apartments over an owner’s duplex. The kitchens and baths seem in good shape, going by the photos; some have been updated more recently than others. Period goodies include stained glass, woodwork, five mantels and a pier mirror. The exterior has original ironwork, a rusticated stone facade with a carved wood upper story, and the original double front doors.

In Kensington, an early 20th century two-family could use some attention but has good bones, a driveway and garage. The top-floor unit, apparently the most intact of the two, has four rooms; the first-floor apartment has six. The kitchens and baths could use a refresh, but details include high ceilings, parquet floors with inlaid borders, and original door and window casings. Likely dating from the early 1920s, the Permastone-clad standalone was designed with a jerkinhead roof, stucco facade and brick-faced sunroom, the tax photo shows.
