This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Brooklyn Heights, Bed Stuy, and Bay Ridge. How did they fare?

First up, in the Brooklyn Heights Historic District, this 1840s Greek Revival is a renovated single-family with a kitchen on the garden level. This former Open House Pick was taken off the market in June.

Part of a striking row, a picturesque and rarely available English Arts and Crafts-style house by noted 19th century Brooklyn architect William Tubby is little altered since he designed it. In Bed Stuy, this former House of the Day is still available for $2.395 million, a price cut of $105,000.

In Bay Ridge, this three-family brick row house has wood floors, picture rails, and wall moldings. This former Open House Pick sold in May for $1.74 million, which was $60,000 over the asking price.

Finally, in a Brooklyn Heights early 20th century Gothic-style apartment house designed by prolific architects Slee & Bryson, this two-bedroom co-op has details of the period and a sleek kitchen in a compact footprint. This former Co-op of the Day sold in May for the asking price of $1.15 million.
