Brooklyn Real Estate Listings Six Months Later: Three Sold, One Still Available

This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Prospect Park South, Fort Greene, Prospect Lefferts Gardens, and Prospect Heights. How did they fare?

In the Brooklyn Academy of Music Historic District in Fort Greene, a circa 1850s Italianate has some wide plank floorboards and a marble mantel. This former Open House Pick sold in July for $2.675 million, which was $325,000 over the asking price.

In the Prospect Lefferts Gardens Historic District, this single-family has built-ins, mantels, and pocket doors. This former Open House Pick sold in August for $2.275 million, which was $25,000 under the asking price.

Finally, some bright pops of color and photogenic design touches certainly make for attractive listing photos for this Prospect Heights duplex. With two bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, this former Co-op of the Day sold in July for $2.315 million, which was $215,000 over the asking price.
