In the Prospect Lefferts Gardens Historic District, this single-family has built-ins, mantels, and pocket doors. This former Open House Pick sold in August for $2.275 million, which was $25,000 under the asking price.
Finally, some bright pops of color and photogenic design touches certainly make for attractive listing photos for this Prospect Heights duplex. With two bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, this former Co-op of the Day sold in July for $2.315 million, which was $215,000 over the asking price.
