This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Cobble Hill, Prospect Heights, Bed Stuy, and Bay Ridge. How did they fare?

First up, part of a picturesque Anglo-Italianate row, this narrow Cobble Hill brownstone retains some classic details, like marble mantels, decorative plaster, and sinuous staircase. This former House of the Day sold in August for $3.65 million, which was $345,000 under the asking price.

In the Prospect Heights Historic District, an 1890s brownstone is a three-family that still has some period details like a pier mirror, stained glass, and wainscoting. This former Open House Pick sold in June for $4.3 million, which was $305,000 over the asking price.

Although narrow and lacking its original cornice, this updated Bed Stuy house has modern conveniences like central air and a modern kitchen, as well as fanciful original details such as an elaborate center stair and carved wood mantels. This former House of the Day was taken off the market in March.

Finally, in Bay Ridge, this semi-detached is a single-family with three bedrooms. This former Open House Pick sold in June for $950,000, which was $45,000 under the asking price.
