This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Cobble Hill, Park Slope, Flatbush, and Canarsie. How did they fare?

First up, there are some appealing details in this 1840s Greek Revival in Cobble Hill including wide-plank floors, a pier mirror, mantels, and an original stair. This former House of the Day sold in March for $3.34 million, which was $90,000 over the asking price.

The details are impressive, and the price for this two-bedroom co-op in Park Slope is rather grand as well. This former Co-op of the Day sold in April for $2.47 million, which was $30,000 under the asking price.

A short stroll from Prospect Park, this Flatbush three-bedroom unit has generous closet space, two full baths, and a renovated interior that includes a wall of built-in bookshelves. This former Co-op of the Day sold in June for $1.16 million, which was $35,000 under the asking price.

Finally, this two-family in Canarsie has a garden rental with an owner’s duplex above. This former Open House Pick sold in May for $810,000, which was $39,000 under the asking price.
