This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Downtown Brooklyn, East Flatbush, Kensington, and Gowanus. How did they fare?

A postwar studio in Downtown Brooklyn has some modern 1950s flair with its white walls, parquet floors, and well-kept vintage kitchen and bath. It’s located in Concord Village, a cluster of eight high-rises with 1,022 units that was part of the makeover of Brooklyn’s Civic Center area by Robert Moses. This former Co-op of the Day sold in October for the asking price of $299,000.

In East Flatbush, this early 20th century semi-detached house has parquet floors, arched doorways, and vintage bathroom tile. This former Open House Pick was taken off the market in October.

With a wealth of woodwork, this single-family limestone offers more than a few appealing early 20th century details. Located in Kensington, it has built-ins, stained glass, and a pier mirror amongst its original features. This former House of the Day entered contract in November.

A wood-frame row house in Gowanus has a marble mantel and renovated wet rooms. This former Open House Pick entered contract in September.
