This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Sunset Park, Fort Greene, Crown Heights, and Carroll Gardens. How did they fare?

In Sunset Park, this brick row house still has some period details, including some fretwork, a pier mirror, and moldings. The three-family has one unit per floor. This former Open House Pick entered contract in January.

In Fort Greene, a wood frame with charming Italianate details on the facade is a legal three-family. There aren’t any interior images so it is tough to know if any period details remain on the interior. This former Open House Pick is currently off the market.

This single-family in Crown Heights has a loft-like first floor and three bedrooms above. This former Open House Pick entered contract in March.

Situated on a corner in Carroll Gardens, this renovated brownstone has a garage. It is a two-family with a garden rental and a duplex above. This former Open House Pick sold in February for $3.4 million, which was $100,000 under the asking price.
