Once again, we’re taking a look back at four of our featured listings from six months to see how they fared on the market. This week, we have homes in Brooklyn Heights, Prospect Lefferts Gardens and Windsor Terrace.

Starting us of, we have a landmarked Greek Revival/Italianate home that’s part of “Bride’s Row” in the Brooklyn Heights Historic District. Built in 1853, this single-family four-story boasts four mantels and an ornately decorated top floor skylight. This former House of the Day sold in July for the asking price of $4.35 million.

Next, if you’re drawn to the idea of living in a Brooklyn Heights Greek Revival but not in the market for a whole house, this duplex at 94 Joralemon Street offers a historic-feeling parlor floor and outdoor space. It’s a condo with two bedrooms and two baths, all desirable features not often found in historic buildings. This former Condo of the Day sold in August for $1.855 million, which was $105,000 above the asking price.

Then, there’s a Romanesque Revival townhouse with period details galore in the Prospect Lefferts Gardens Historic District that is in stunning condition and for sale by the owner. Designed in 1898, 56 Midwood Street boasts seven carved mantels and a standout dining room bursting with so much millwork it could almost deforest a small grove. This former House of the Day sold in August for $2.59 million, which was $110,000 below the asking price.

Wrapping things up, this one is a Beaux-Arts brick barrel-fronted three-story in Windsor Terrace with parquet floors, bay windows, moldings, pocket doors and exposed brick. Configured as a two-family, it consists of two floor-through apartments over an “unfinished basement” that includes a full bath. This former Open House Pick sold in July for $2.1 million, which was $99,000 below the initial asking price.
