Another week, another look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago, focusing on homes in Cobble Hill, Brooklyn Heights, Sunset Park and Crown Heights. How did they fare?

Starting off in Cobble Hill, a four-unit, four-story brownstone at 205 Clinton Street has lots of historic details on the interior, if not on the facade. It’s a 25-foot-wide building with backyard garden and patio. This former Open House Pick entered contract in December.

Next, this pre-Civil War, 22-foot-wide brick house in Brooklyn Heights is five stories high, including the garden level and mansard-roofed attic with dormers and a skylight. Two decks, one on the parlor level and one on the third floor, are nice extras. This former Open House Pick sold in April for $5.5 million, which was $750,000 under ask.

A well-proportioned top-floor walkup with two bedrooms in a 1925 Finnish cooperative has a bank of windows overlooking Sunset Park. The most spacious room is the combined living and dining room, floored in bordered parquet (a wall was removed at some point, along with the French doors between). This former Co-op of the Day sold in February for the asking price of $710,000.

Finally, design fans who follow the Instagram account of a certain visual director or remember Architectural Digest’s tour of his home may instantly recognize this Crown Heights barrel-fronted limestone townhouse. This former House of the Day sold in February for $1.875 million, which was $100,000 under ask.
