Here’s a look at how four of our featured listings from six months ago fared on the market.

First up, an Italianate row house in the Brooklyn Heights Historic District at 31 Cranberry Street that has a top-of-the-line renovation that’s not particularly recent, comforts such as central air, and a traditional look but not a lot of actual historic detail (or at least it’s not pictured). This former House of the Day is still on the market for $495,000 less than the initial asking price.

Next, this Bay Ridge row house at 343 79th Street that retains some of its original details, and has been well-kept and upgraded. The early 20th century brick house is small and, given its size, may be a bit expensive for the neighborhood. This former House of the Day is still available for the original asking price of $1.1 million.

Next, this one-bedroom Sunset Park co-op that is pretty tiny. But it’s attractive, has low monthly charges and sits across the street from Sunset Park, with views of the park from the bedroom and living room. It’s at 647 41st Street, in a self-managed prewar building with 69 units. This former Co-op of the Day sold in December for $416,000, which was $16,000 over the asking price.

And finally, a Sea Gate townhouse on Ocean Avenue that, according to the listing, is a legal two family but there are three units – a two-bedroom unit on the lower level and three-bedroom units on the first and top floors. Though there are no pictures of the backyard which, according to the listing, has an above ground pool. This former Open House Pick is off the market.
