Here’s a look at how four of our featured listings from six months ago fared on the market.

Starting off, there’s a freestanding West Midwood Dutch Colonial that offers all the space and leafy calm you want from this neck of the woods, and looks to be in particularly good shape. It’s at 756 Argyle Road, between Glenwood and Avenue H. This former House of the Day sold in January for $1.725 million, which is $25,000 under the asking price.

Next, an Axel Hedman-designed Park Slope limestone that’s been kicking around the market for nearly a decade. At 524 3rd Street in the Park Slope Historic District, the house appeared as a House of the Day six years ago and has impressive period details. This former House of the Day was taken off the market in December.

Then there’s a loft-style one-bedroom condo with almost 1,200 square feet of space, high ceilings and a private balcony. It’s in the Lot 58 Lofts, a 2008 conversion in a former factory at 105 Lexington Avenue in Bed Stuy, on the Clinton Hill border. This former Condo of the Day sold in November for $1.136 million, which is $14,000 under the asking price.

And finally, moving to Williamsburg, there’s a three-story brick row house on North 9th Street, which the listing claims dates back to 1871. This one’s small (just under 17 feet wide and 35 feet deep) and some of the ceilings look fairly low, but it’s got some charm to it, and a fine location. This former Open House Pick sold in October for $2.05 million, which is $55,000 over the asking price.
