Brooklyn Real Estate Six Months Later: Three Sold, One Still Available
Here’s a look at four of our featured listings from six months ago, located in Park Slope, Clinton Hill, Fort Greene and Windsor Terrace.

Here’s a look at how four of our featured listings from six months ago fared on the market.
First, a Clinton Hill townhouse that has some lovely period detail on the bottom floors, including inlaid floors, the original arched entry door, an entrance mirror, crown moldings, wainscoting and a pair of marble mantels, including one that’s quite a beauty. This former House of the Day is still available for $2.25 million, which is a price drop of $200,000.
Next, we have this Arts and Crafts house in Windsor Terrace that is move-in ready, with renovated baths, and that has some distinctive features, including a window-lined “solarium” and a treehouse in the backyard. This former House of the Day sold in February for $2.167 million, which is $301,000 below the initial asking price.
After that, we have this one-bedroom Fort Greene co-op in the Griffin, a 1931 building with 204 units. It’s attractive and has ample space, a renovated kitchen and a private entrance with a front garden. This former Co-op of the Day sold in November for $695,000, which is $4,000 below the initial asking price.
To cap it off, we have a high-end flip on 6th Avenue in Park Slope. The house is set up as a five bedroom, 3.5 bath owners triplex over a one bedroom, 1.5 bath garden apartment, and it’s unclear how much historical detail there was to work with in the house when it was purchased by an LLC in 2016, but the interior lacks historic detail. This former Open House Pick sold in November for $4 million, which was $5,000 over the asking price.
