The mechanicals have been upgraded in deluxe fashion, with four-zone heat, a high-efficiency boiler, zoned air conditioning and an integrated security, HVAC and lighting control system. The roof and copper gutters are new and the basement has been waterproofed. So it wouldn’t seem to need much.
