There’s a load of nice woodwork, mantels, a large pier mirror in the front parlor, inlaid parquet floors, some fab built-ins, and a butler’s pantry.

The house is set up as a two-family, with a rental apartment over an owner’s duplex. It has triple parlors as well as an extension on all three floors, making it quite roomy.

The rental consists of a three-bedroom, one-bath apartment on the top floor. The owner’s duplex has a triple parlor on the parlor level.

It’s a bit unorthodox, which could be said to make an argument for turning this into a single-family — but it’s workable if you’re flexible and want the rental income.
