Our picks for open houses on this potentially sunny weekend include a detached house with a garage in South Midwood and a three-family in Bay Ridge. Found in Park Slope, South Midwood and Bay Ridge, they range in price from $1.55 to $4.95 million.

First up, in the Park Slope Historic District this 1870s Italianate on 6th Avenue was a House of the Day in 2012. The two-family has been renovated since then by architect Kimberly Neuhaus with original details mixed with a sleek new kitchen and built-ins in some of the bedrooms. There is a garden apartment with a kitchenette and an owner’s triplex above, although some buyers might use the house as a single family. There are two wood-burning and two gas-burning fireplaces. It is priced at $4.95 million.

Staying in Park Slope, but just outside the historic district is this circa 1880s brownstone with plasterwork, woodwork, stained glass and wainscoting. The two-family has a one-bedroom garden apartment and an owner’s duplex above. The kitchen is set at the rear of the parlor level with white cabinets, a black and white checked floor and a small island. There is one full bath in the unit and it is upstairs with the two bedrooms and office. The ask is $2.995 million.

In South Midwood this early 20th century detached, single-family home has a welcoming front porch and loads of original detail on the inside including stained glass, a mantel and a stair with a built-in bench. There is also a driveway and detached garage. The kitchen is at the rear of the first floor and has been renovated with recessed lighting, a tile floor and green cabinets. Upstairs are two floors with six bedrooms plus an au pair’s suite with a kitchenette on the top floor. The listing price is $2.25 million

Finally, on 67th Street in Bay Ridge, this brick row house with an angled bay is a three family with two rentals above a duplex owner’s unit. There’s an original newel post at the entry and the owner’s unit, the only one pictured, has wood floors, mantels and some moldings. The kitchen has an exposed brick wall, green cabinets and appears in good repair. There’s one full bath next to the kitchen and the bedroom is below on the garden level. It is priced at $1.55 million.
